Is teh sick too
Feb. 3rd, 2005 03:26 pmSo, yeah, didn't update in a while. But I am now, so *shrugs*
Kris B. is a wonderful wonderful person. Not that anyone knows who that is. XD She's subbing for me tonight (pretty last minute since my shift starts in less than two hours) because I had to call in sick. Stupid thing is, I still had to go in to find my own sub -_-; Ah well, I found one and she was the first person I even got a hold of, so that wasn't too bad. So nice!
So yeah, I'm sick, like everyone else is. Ugh, but I took some dayquil I found stashed away in my medicine and it kinda helped, so I think I'm gonna pick some more up (it was only a trial size with one dose). At least it let me fall asleep to nap. I haven't been sleeping well due to being sick, which really can't be helping the recovery effort. Must pick some up later. So tonight, with my time off I plan on relaxing and going to bed at a relatively decent hour.
Watch FMA with Lizzie, Jenni, Marina, (maybe Jesse)and just sit about for a while and then go home and go to bed. Yeah, shouldn't go do 'fun' things when I called out of work, but honestly -with- medicine I could work without being miserable. I was more concerned with the fact that for my job I have to touch EVERYONE'S id cards to swipe them. Can anyone say "great way to spread shit?" XD;; So I have justifiable reason. I almost never miss shifts anyway and am always on time (when I guess I found out it's a norm to be late sometimes XP). I deserve to take a break due to illness.
Luckily the only real homework I have for tonight too is to practice my Japanese speech. Crap... I think the exercises are due too.... >.> Hmm, so I'll have to write those out. Shouldn't be too hard. Meh.
If I have time/energy after that stuff I'll work on my art entry for Travis' contest some. <3 I REALLY don't think I can win anything, but I sure want to try. Autographed stuff. Never wanted stuff like that before, but come on... It's ROY! And his dub voice is actually goooooood! Plus Travis is a really cool guy. <3 *wants to win so bad* I hate being such a realist sometimes XD; Still gonna try though.
