Jun. 3rd, 2005 12:29 amThings you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
- RPing
- Drawing (unless it is what is causing the stress because it won't do what I want XD; )
- Video gaming (particularly RPGs)
- Reading really good fanfiction (it gets me wound up but then I really enjoy it and it's a good kind of energy)
- Reading a really good book (doesn't usually have the same energizing effect as fanfics though)
- Listening to music and singing as loud as I wish along with
- Dancing where no one can see
- Making things like website designs, LJ layouts, icons, winamp skins, wallpapers, etc.
- Taking long walks with just my music with little to no people around (also like to w/ a friend, but it said even when no one wants to go out and play, so I assume things you can do alone?)
- Napping
- Loooooong showers without worry about the time (so thus don't have to feel too guilty about it)
