The Flame Alchemist, duh!
Jun. 10th, 2005 11:44 pmToday on the bus - the weirdest (but coolest thing). So, I was riding (after some misadventures) home and these two guys, about my brother's age, cool kid-types are sitting a bit across the way from me and there female-friend gets off and we are close to my stop. I'm off staring into space when suddenly I hear -
"Roy Mustang."
Now, for those who don't know my water bottle is covered in pictures of Roy (from the very wonderful Lizzie). But I still thought No, they must be talking about a car.
The guy who spoke's friend turns to him and goes "Huh?"
And he repeats, "Dude, it's Roy Mustang... on her water bottle. The FLAME Alchemist." I turn and stare slightly and turn the bottle to show the other guy a picture more clearly.
"See, the Flame Alchemist," And. He. SNAPPED!
I just about died, but I held back my surprised laughter until I got off at my stop and they stayed on the bus. OMFG I so wasn't expecting it, damned funny.
Anyway, that was on the way back from my interview, which I think went fairly well. We'll see if they've called before Wednesday. *nods* And before that I managed to move the rest of the way out, help![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kaitou_marina a tiny bit more, AND take my final that my professor graciously let me take at 10:40 in the morning RIGHT after he arrived back from a meeting from 40 minutes away. ;_;
SO. GRATEFUL!
So, all is looking good for the moment. My room is just FULL of crap right now though. I'm not even gonna unpack this summer, not really. I'm just gonna leave most of the stuff in boxes and return stuff I do use to boxes/bags.
Oh, and my mom got me a small present! <3 So I now have Ed and Roy keychains (bought myself) but ALSO Winry!! <3 She's sooo cute. And an FMA shirt. ^.~ *ish spoiled*
Also on my mind, I really hopekaitou_marina's move finished well and that she and bearzukamori are having fun.

P.S. I think I want an LJ account for a -little- while just to get access to making a mood thing and more complicated layout options. XD;
