AE and Icon Pairings of Pain XD

SO, AE was pretty good. Had its ups and downs, but overall it was fun ^___^ Especially getting to see Kakumei and co (aka Nathan XD) whom I haven't seen any of in SOOO long. T.T It was really great getting to hang out with them. And thank you, Liz, you've ruined all other bubble teas for me. They all shall forever pale in comparison. Metrotown Mall thing, which is basically a mini-shopping CITY omg, has the best bubble tea EVAR. So want to go back and explore there too.

Got to do Yuuri and Wolfram yukatas and we looked good! I somehow scraped up my leg while wearing it the first night, but meh. I can't wait to do Al later as I got a taste of what my military outfit looks like while we were there. *squees* <3 Pictures of kaitou_marina (Yuuri) and I can be found here and here. Dealer's room was kinda crap this year in my opinion save for those AWESOME CARDS. FMA rare cards and even some KKM! So I got a bunch of those and a shitajiki that has chibis of Hagaren doooooooooooooom XD There shall be scans of said cards soonish. Whenever I get access to a scanner XD There WAS a clear file of Alfons and Ed that I wanted but the guy was charging $18 for it when most of the others were $5-7 WTFMan? So I figured screw that, no way I'm paying that much just cause you figured you could CHARGE that much. Hmph. .... >.> Still wanted it though XD;;

Oh yes, and one other thing, I've determined that next year I want to AIM for artist's alley there. It's a HUGE artist alley for such a small con and it always seems swarmed with people.... I figure why not give it a shot, right? Right, so I think I shall.

Other than the con, not much is going on. Work per usual only with more hours and LESS to do. OMG so bored during parts of the day. There are evidently downsides to being fast and efficient if there is a limited amount one can DO while there. LOL Tomorrow, being a Friday at the end of my week of slightly longer hours is gonna drag, especially because I'll be looking forward to after.

I finally get to go see exdream1999! <33333 I can't believe where all of summer went but it's nearly time for her to GO already and YEAH. So I had to see her. So I'm headed over there to spend the night tomorrow. Should be much fun.
