So now I'm 23 huh?
Birthday was nice this year, thanks for all the birthday wishes and everything people. *hugs all around* ^__^ I worked all day, but it wasn't too bad. Sold a lot of calendars that day at least, it was busy and didn't make the day drag on for forever like sometimes it does in the kiosk. When I got off Marina and I came home and my family came up to take me out to dinner and do presents and delicious, fancy-looking lemon home-made cake at the apt. It was really nice, though I felt a bit guilty since we were going to go to Red Robin but there was some bizarre event that night or something because there were many young people wearing dresses and nice shirts and slacks all there and the wait would be about an hour. So we went to On-Rice instead. ^^; However, most of my family never had had Thai food, so that was uh... fun. No one but my step-dad really liked the food they got (and well my youngest sister but she just had prawns and wanted more because it was an appetizer and thus not very big XD;; ) So everyone switched foods a lot. Ah well... they know what not to order at Thai place if they ever go again, right?
I got awesomeness for presents from both my family and Marina. I feel so looooved. <3 We are now almost entirely caught up on buying FMA, which is awesome. Just need that last tin with its volume and the US-release of the special edition movie. And I got V for Vendetta, which I was really happy about. Got two new shirts I can wear to work and one for other times (awesome fairy print on it but it's a t-shirt and that's a no-no for work). We finally got some glasses of our own and they even match our other new dishes! And a vacuum! We got one! <3 Is it sad that made me so excited? XD;;; Also got a real neat photo album and a really cute Halloween decoration I'd been wanting. *squee*
In any case, birthday was good.
Day after birthday?
Omg, one of the worst days ever. Turns out I'd left my purse at On-Rice the night before and didn't know it until after finding it missing in the morning, going to work not knowing where it was because I had no other choice, getting home and THEN finally finding out where it was and walking up there to get it. *phew* Nothing was missing or out of place and no weird activity on my bank account, so I was lucky. x.x But work sucked for that reason and I felt even MORE sick than I have been and it just... I did NOT want to be at work. Yeah.
Today? Supposed to be a day off, but they called to see if I could come in for four hours today because our shipment finally came in. And me being me I agreed. *SIGH* So now I must go get ready to leave. Hey, it's more hours, right? ;.;I'm too nice when it comes to things like this. Ugh.
In any case, off to get ready now. -_-
