*l* For me it's my bosses not knowing a scheduling conflict from a frog with a stick up its ass. This past week alone we had two people call in sick, two managers gone for meetings (one was also part of the two who called in), and three people going on vacation (one was the other who called in, and one is the manager who doesn't know how to schedule properly). *huge sigh* And this is after we only replaced one of the three people we lost in the last two months. *whiiiiiine*
